1. Ownership of Rights

2. Use of AI and Digital Tools

Some content may be created with assistance from generative AI or digital tools. AI is used only as a creative tool; character design, story development, direction, selection, arrangement, revision, and final presentation include human creative input and judgment.

三、禁止未授權使用

未經 WithXUMU 書面授權，不得重製、改作、散布、公開傳輸、商業使用、商品化、再生成或以其他方式利用本站內容。可以看到、可以收藏連結，不等於可以拿去重新生成。

3. No Unauthorized Use

Without written permission from WithXUMU, no content from this site may be reproduced, adapted, distributed, publicly transmitted, commercially used, merchandised, regenerated, or otherwise exploited. Being able to view something or save its link does not mean it may be used to generate it again.

四、禁止作為 AI 訓練或角色複製素材

禁止將 WithXUMU 角色圖片、設定圖或其他素材用於 AI 模型訓練、LoRA、Embedding、Fine-tuning、角色複製、人物一致性模型、資料集建立，或生成仿製角色。

4. No AI Training or Character Replication

WithXUMU character images, reference sheets, and other materials may not be used for AI model training, LoRA, embedding, fine-tuning, character replication, character-consistency models, dataset creation, or the generation of imitation characters.

五、權利標示與第三方權利

不得移除、遮蔽或變造任何浮水印、署名或權利標示。本站可能出現之第三方照片、音樂、字型、軟體或其他素材，其權利仍屬原權利人所有。

Watermarks, attribution, and rights notices may not be removed, obscured, or altered. Any third-party photographs, music, fonts, software, or other materials appearing on this site remain the property of their respective rights holders.
